Malware bytes not updating
It won’t launch at start-up, and if you try to manually run it, you get some weird error about some memory location, blah-blah-blah, or something similar. If you try to uninstall Malwarebytes, you get the same error.
If you try to install the same version – or even a newer version – you get the same error. This is a bit elaborate, but it works like a charm.
Dell Inspiron 5537 laptop, Windows 10 Home 64 bit version 1703, Avast Premier, Malwarebytes Premium. During the restart it seemed that Windows updates were being processed (no surprise on a Wednesday morning? When it came back up, MB was unable to start, saying "Unable to connect the Service".
3.0.6 (I think) Got a notice this morning that a MB update was available. That has remained the same through several restart cycles.
The installation has no problem, until the time when I want to check for updates to install, when I tried to update it, the program give an error message and it automatically shuts down. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebytes’ Anti- Malware support team.

I've tried every thing I can think of, but nothing works.
